Execution Speed.
TradeClone runs as a native NinjaTrader 8 add-on. It watches your leader account and mirrors its fills to every follower inside the same platform, so nothing leaves your machine and no server sits in the middle.
Where the speed comes from
A cloud copier posts each trade out to a remote server and waits for it to come back before your other accounts move. TradeClone has no such hop. It lives inside NinjaTrader next to your accounts and submits each follower order straight to the platform, so the only routing involved is what NinjaTrader already does to reach your broker or prop firm.
How it follows the leader
TradeClone tracks your leader's live position and matches each follower to it. Every follower uses its own copy mode, so one can run 1-1 while another scales by a ratio. Brackets are per follower too: each account carries its own stop and target, and one filling early won't drag the rest.
What sets your fill speed
After TradeClone submits an order, the fill is down to your connection, NinjaTrader, and your firm's routing. In practice, NinjaTrader executions average around 30ms, and once live conditions are in play a market order typically fills in under 50ms. A few things keep it that sharp:
- Trade on a stable line. If you run around the clock, a VPS near your data feed helps.
- Keep NinjaTrader light. A platform loaded with heavy charts has less room to handle orders.
- Get every follower connected and green before you trade, so nothing reconnects mid-move.
TradingView and fast entries
If TradingView drives your leader, its entry can land as one fast market fill. TradeClone waits for that entry to register before it copies, which stops a quick entry being read as a close. It only touches TradingView-sourced entries. Trades you place in NinjaTrader copy the moment they fill.
TradingView is the slower path. Its fills average 50 to 100ms, still fast, though TradingView can lag now and then, and that's where the small extra delay comes from.
