Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Leo Bradley, an individual trading as LDT ("we", "us", "our"), handles personal data in connection with TradeClone and the website tradeclone.net. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) we are the data controller. You can contact us at leobradley23@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and protect your licence:

• Your licence key, which is issued through Whop when you purchase.
• A hashed machine identifier: a one-way SHA-256 hash derived from your device's Windows installation ID. We use this only to tie a licence to a single machine. We do not store the underlying raw identifier and the hash cannot be reversed to identify your device.
• Licence-validation data: when the Software checks your licence with our server, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes connection data such as your IP address and timestamps as part of normal operation and security logging.
• Account information from Whop needed to provide and verify your licence, such as your email address and membership status. Your payment is processed by Whop; we never receive or store your card or banking details.
• Any information you include when you contact us for support.

3. Website analytics

The tradeclone.net website does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking, or services such as Google Analytics. To understand how the site is used we run our own first-party analytics on our own infrastructure. When you visit, we record the pages you view, the links you click, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), the domain of the website that referred you, your approximate country (at country level only), how long your visit lasts, and the time of the visit. To group these within a single visit we store a randomly generated session identifier in your browser's session storage; this is not a cookie, holds no information about you, and is deleted when you close the browser tab.

We do not store your IP address: it is used only momentarily to determine your country and to limit automated abuse, then discarded. We do not collect your name or any directly identifying information through the website, and we never sell or share this analytics data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data including your IP address in order to deliver and protect the site. We carry out this analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website.

4. Why we use your data and our lawful bases

We use the above data to:

• deliver and validate your licence and provide the Software (lawful basis: performance of our contract with you);
• prevent piracy and enforce one-machine activation, secure our service, and deal with support requests (lawful basis: our legitimate interests in protecting and running our business);
• comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, namely Whop (distribution, licensing and payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and licence-validation infrastructure), and with authorities where we are legally required to do so. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies.

6. International transfers

Our providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed outside the UK. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) as required by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep licence and validation data for as long as your licence is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we keep records for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. 9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including hashing the machine identifier and validating licences over encrypted connections. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Children

The Software is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under 18.
